Role overview:
The Infrastructure Integrated Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and assuring fully integrated infrastructure plans across each Site Director area within the programme construct.
Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, the post holder identifies risks, opportunities, and potential mitigations, translating complex requirements into robust, fully resourced schedules and concise, high-quality reports.
Through this integrated planning approach, the role provides critical insight and assurance, directly supporting effective decision-making and adding measurable value to the project framework.
Responsibilities:
* Collate data from multiple sources to integration into required P6 Resource loaded schedules.
* Develop and manage individual Site Director’s Primavera P6 plans as required
* Analyse, challenge and report discrepancies, risks, issues and opportunities within the integrated plans to ensure timely mitigation.
* Develop and manage a monthly integrated infra plan to provide an overall strategic picture.
* Demonstrate cause and effect and run mitigation scenarios as required
* Engage with Engineering and Compliance groups and be able to identify their tasks and how they interact.
* Communicate effectively across the whole project.
* Compile monthly reports on progress, change, cause and effect and mitigation measures.
* Submit Infra integrated plan on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
Requirements:
Essential
* Primavera (P6) knowledge
* Ability to work on own initiative to develop programmes with the Project Team
* Experienced in planning across all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Experienced in monthly programme updating and reporting.
* Experienced in the monthly review and assessment of supplier schedules.
* Good understanding of risk and opportunity management with reference to planning & programming
* Experience of working in a client environment.
* Able to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of Stakeholders.
* Good commercial awareness.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular; Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Able to gain Security Clearance
Desirable
* Experience working within an operational environment
* Experience working in a secure environment
* Construction/implementation experience.
* Ideally 4-5 years’ experience
* Experience of managing schedules on NEC Projects, preferrable.
* Experience of working on projects with integrated programmes, desirable
