Role Overview
Join a leading technology company as a Data Centre Commissioning Engineer, where cutting-edge infrastructure projects across the European Union await your expertise. As a Data Centre Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the performance and reliability of HVAC, power, cooling, and water systems. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in managing chillers, control air handling units, central mechanical plants, pumps, switches, cables, and climate control systems. Moreover, your proficiency in maintaining both low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) electrical equipment, as well as generators, will contribute significantly to the company's success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Commissioning and troubleshooting HVAC and power systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Overseeing the installation and maintenance of cooling, water systems, and chillers.
3. Ensuring climate control measures are effectively managed through control air handling units.
4. Conducting regular checks and maintenance on central mechanical plants, pumps, switches, cables, and electrical equipment.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application as the Data Centre Commissioning Engineer, the following will be expected:
1. Relevant degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proven experience in commissioning and maintaining data centre systems.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HVAC, power, and cooling systems.
