Our client-a well-established, nationally recognised business headquartered in Watford-is seeking a skilled and motivated Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic HR & Finance team. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process monthly payroll for high-volume employees Maintain payroll records and update employee data in HR & payroll systems Handle payroll queries and provide clear, timely responses to employees and managers Administer statutory payments including SMP, SSP, and SPP Support year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds Liaise with HMRC and other external bodies as required Contribute to internal payroll audits and continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Requirements: Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar role Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory deductions Proficient in payroll system SAP Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities CIPP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
