What You'll Do
* Deliver high-quality care and emotional support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
* Build positive, trusting relationships through consistency, empathy, and resilience
* Work as part of a professional team in a 365-day service, following structured rotas and long shifts (7:30am–11pm), including sleep-in duties
What You'll Earn
* Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour + 8 sleep-ins per month, dependent on qualifications)
* Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026
* Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and additional shifts
What You'll Need
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Aged 21+ with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
* Previous experience in childcare or the wider care sector
