Core responsibilities:
1. Ensuring provision of a best in class workplace experience across a multi-region
2. Direct line management of an FM team
3. Management of both soft and hard services and teams and a range of compliance requirements
4. Sustainability and Energy Management - implementing incentives across the portfolio
5. Change management
6. Support project teams with consolidations, expansions and fit-outs, including move management and mobilization
7. Ensure compliance with client best practice, policies and procedures, including statutory compliance, quality and EHS compliance.
