Join a major business transformation programme as a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping future Finance processes. Working as part of the Business Reference Group (BRG), you’ll provide expert insight to support the design and delivery of future‑state Finance processes with the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as assessing change impacts across the Finance function and wider business to enable successful adoption.
Key responsibilities:
* Shape and influence finance processes across Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Controls.
* Provide expert insight to senior stakeholders as part of the BRG.
* Support design and delivery of future‑state Finance processes with Dynamics 365.
* Assess change impacts across finance functions and wider business.
* Ensure finance requirements are embedded into programme design and delivery.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Strong operational finance knowledge across R2R, P2P, O2C, and Controls.
* ERP systems experience, ideally Dynamics 365 or equivalent.
* Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence change.
* Experience in finance transformation programmes is a plus.
