Responsibilities
* Provide a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at entrance doors.
* Deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as ambassador for loss prevention.
* Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
* Remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing role, fast‑paced retail environment, or security guard role (ideal but not essential).
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
