ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Watford
SALARY: 29.7k basic, 50k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off; Saturday 9.00 – 5.00; every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00
Our client is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join the busy dealership on a full-time permanent basis.
The Sales Executive will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Sales Executive team are brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will make sure that customers get inspiration and support to learn about Hyundai from the moment they walk in.
You will assist in delivering an innovative and unforgettable customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
* Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
* Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that Hyundai offers
* Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
* Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
Profile / Qualifications
* Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
* Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
