Working in alignment with the Club’s recruitment strategy and player profiles, you will be responsible for identifying, recommending, and monitoring potential recruitment targets. Rather than relying on single-view judgements, you will provide ongoing assessments over time. You will be expected to attend fixtures regularly, which fall on weekends and evenings.
