Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure a high standard of service in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
* Supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling stock to minimise waste.
* Train and develop team members in hospitality best practices, food preparation, and culinary techniques.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and enhance the overall dining experience.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and attract new clientele.
