THE ROLE:
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for delivering product change analysis to support implementation within the product delivery lifecycle. Leveraging analysis expertise, they play a key role in realizing product strategy.
Daily responsibilities include providing clear, robust requirements to facilitate product change in line with delivery frameworks, governance, and SLAs, while maintaining communication with stakeholders, third parties, and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis
* Elicit product requirements through stakeholder and third-party engagement.
* Ensure requirements are fit for purpose and adhere to governance.
* Understand and articulate business/system outcomes, mapping them to requirements.
* Challenge the business to define necessary changes for desired outcomes.
* Contribute insights into proposed solutions.
* Transform requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for successful delivery.
* Support pricing, underwriting, and incident management related to products.
* Assist in delivering large-scale product changes.
* Prioritize changes alongside senior analysts.
* Facilitate stakeholder sign-off and participate in team ceremonies.
* Be the main contact for stakeholders regarding product change.
* Manage changes to existing requirements and maintain relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.

KEY DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
* Experience in delivering insurance products.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Proficiency in requirements elicitation using agile methods.
* Experience with delivery methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
* Understanding of ERS products and underwriting principles.
