The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased and have worked in maintenance in a manufacturing setting, however other industries will be considered.
The starting salary for this position, depending on the experience of the candidate, is ranging between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
1. Running maintenance on multispindle lathes
2. Full disassembly/reassembly of components and machinery
3. Replace bearings, conveyor belts etc
4. Fault finding of machinery
5. Operate around a 24/7 working schedule
6. Reactive and PPM procedures
You will also have 5-10 years' worth of maintenance experience working in a manufacturing setting.
The standard working hours for this position will be 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (45 hour week), with some flexibility being necessary.
