Roche Pebbles Childcare Centre is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Early Years Foundation Stage practitioner to lead the pre-school room's learning and development under the support and direction of the Manager and Childcare Supervisor.

You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your colleagues working within the 3 - 4 year old room, reviewing resources, and routines, drawing on individual strengths to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the pre-school room is fully compliant with the statutory framework and legal requirements, and teaching and learning is to a high standard.
The setting is open for 50 weeks of the year, from 08.00am – 18.00pm, with flexible working shift patterns within these times.
Pebbles has a capacity for 52 children across 3 dedicated rooms, from 3 months to 4 years, with exciting free flow external spaces and a Forest School base camp.
