Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen team:
5. Support the team in delivering high-quality dishes and excellent guest experiences
6. Consistently produce dishes to a high standard while learning from senior chefs
7. Assist with menu development, including new dishes and specials
8. Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
