This is a sought-after opportunity to join the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, one of the world’s most exciting and distinctive orchestras. The Projects Officer will support the Projects Director in the day-to-day running of the Projects Department with a particular emphasis on project & tour administration, and concert management. This role also supports nurturing our unique relationship with Acland Burghley School.
Responsibilities
* Support the Projects Director on the day-to-day running of the Projects Department
* Manage project & tour administration and concert management duties
* Nurture the relationship with Acland Burghley School
Physical Demands
This is an active role that requires good physical fitness, including setting up orchestral staging, moving musical instruments, and setting up/packing away chairs.
Work Schedule
The role requires flexibility, with a significant amount of work taking place outside standard office hours, including some early starts and late finishes. The OAE operates a TOIL (time off in lieu) policy.
