Job Title: Bar Manager
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team at THE PIG.
About Our Bars
Our bars are unique! We craft cocktails by smashing, muddling, blending, shaking, and throwing to create the perfect drinks. Our cocktails are inspired by our kitchen garden, infusing locally sourced spirits with herbs, flowers, and berries. We also incorporate creative ingredients like bacon in bourbon and caramel in rum, showcasing the inventive spirit of our bar team.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Support the setup and operation of the bar areas.
2. Lead and motivate a team of skilled bartenders and bar staff.
3. Maintain a proactive presence on the floor and behind the bar.
4. Support team development with knowledge sharing.
5. Possess strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
6. Stay updated with current trends and demonstrate creativity in guest service.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role is essential.
