Role Overview
We’re seeking an L&D Specialist to keep learning systems running flawlessly and create engaging training experiences.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the LMS, ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance.
* Ensure training and credentialing records meet ISO13485 standards.
* Support and enhance training programmes, onboarding, and leadership development.
* Design and maintain engaging e‑learning content (EasyGenerator experience a plus).
* Collaborate with HR, QA, and other stakeholders to build meaningful L&D partnerships.
* Contribute to global L&D initiatives and shape the future learning culture.
Qualifications
* Experience in an L&D, HR, or Training role at coordinator or advisor level.
* Attention to detail and passion for compliance; LMS experience a plus.
* Design and creativity for developing training materials.
* Strong relationship‑building skills across teams and regions.
* Bonus: ISO experience or regulated environment knowledge.
* CIPD or formal qualifications are desirable but not required.
