Busy Bees Market Harborough is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 118 children. Our purpose-built nursery features five well-resourced base rooms, each with its own garden, providing ample opportunities for outdoor exploration and learning through play. We are located on the outskirts of town, and are convenient for families in Braybrook, Great Oxendon, and East Farndon.

Key Responsibilities And Expectations As An Apprentice
* Involvement in planning stimulating activities for children in line with the EYFS
* Assist in delivering high-quality childcare and maintain a professional, positive environment for children and staff
* Build effective relationships with children, parents, and team members
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met
* Contribute to safeguarding of all children
* Work towards the apprenticeship standards set by Busy Bees Education and Training with an expected completion within the agreed timeframe
* Be enthusiastic and proactive in developing own skills
* Demonstrate commitment to continued professional development
* Communicate with line Manager regarding activities and progress in the room
As an Apprentice, you will work with qualified staff who will mentor you while completing your apprenticeship. A Development Coach will visit regularly to assess progress and guide the next steps of your apprenticeship.
Qualifications
To apply you must be working or caring for children, voluntary or paid. A Level 2 in Early Years, Maths and English at grade C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 is desirable.
