Are you a Graduate Civil Engineer looking to develop your skills and work on a variety of impactful infrastructure projects? You'll be joining a growing civil engineering team of eight, working on diverse residential, commercial, and industrial developments across the South West and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle - from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare pre-purchase feasibility studies and address planning conditions, including highways and drainage considerations.
Support flood risk assessments in collaboration with the in-house flood modelling team.
Develop SuDS and drainage strategies at the planning stage.
Produce detailed design drawings and calculations for technical approvals (S278, S38, S104, Building Control, NHBC, etc.).
Prepare 3D ground models for volume calculations, cut and fill analysis, and road profiling.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, water companies, and statutory bodies.
Attend meetings, public exhibitions, and site inspections as required.
Work proactively toward professional chartership (ICE, CIWEM, or equivalent).
About You
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Approximately one to two years' relevant experience within a civil engineering consultancy.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or similar design software).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail, excellent organisation, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and progression.
