Here at Home Instead Retford and Gainsborough we are always on the lookout for special people from all walks of life to join our amazing team, whether you are 18 or retired looking for a few hours, we want to hear from you.
How will you help clients:
1. Promoting independence and supporting to live and enjoy life to the full
2. Companionship - From chatting at home to going out into the community for lunch or an activity
3. Assisting with home help tasks ensuring the house is clean, tidy and all laundry is kept on top of
4. Assistance to appointments, whether these be clinical or personal ie. GP or hair appointment
5. Meal preparation, from a cooked breakfast to batch cooking for a few days ensuring clients have something they like to eat readily available is important to us all. With an hours minimum visit, get your client involved too promoting their independence and wellbeing.
6. Personal care and medication support promoting dignity and integrity for all clients on a varied scale of required support
7. Assistance with mobility around the house and exercises for therapy

Qualifications
26. No formal experience required
27. Full valid driver license with use of own vehicle is required due to the rural location and high demand for our service in and around the area
28. Flexibility of hours - 2 evenings and alternate weekends for 20+ hours weekly
29. Have passion and drive to care for those around them
All applicants must have a valid proof of right to work in the UK and all applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS check and references prior to work
