ROLE: Credit Controller
HOURS: 39.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
SALARY: £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join Alunet, part of the Eurocell Group of Companies, with management and chasing of c200 live accounts, and providing outstanding customer support to our valued customers.
WHAT OUR CREDIT CONTROLLERS DO:
Manage c200 live accounts
Contact customers by telephone, email and letter
Resolve queries in a timely manner
Respond to customer queries
Reduce average debtor days
Escalate issues as required
Provide exceptional customer service and support
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CREDIT CONTROLLERS-:
Recent and relevant Credit Control experience - essential
SAGE 50 experience could be an advantage, but is not essential
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workload, and wok on own initiative
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
