We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join a growing team in Northampton.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who are looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers ongoing training, professional development, and clear career progression.Key Responsibilities:
* Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.
* Handling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts.
* Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers.
* Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook.
* Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date.
* Providing regular updates to clients and introducers.
* Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary.
* Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.
* Handling general office administration, including post, filing, and account balances.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and third-party interactions.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in conveyancing and a strong understanding of the property transaction process.
* Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
* Experience working with case management systems is an advantage.
