20 hours per week. 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Thursday.
£50,000 per annum, pro-rata (£25,000 actual salary for 20 hours)

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Probate Solicitor.
9.30am to 2.30pm Monday - Thursday.
The successful candidate will manage probate cases, administer estates, liaise with clients to provide clear legal advice, and draft key legal documents. This includes collaborating with other legal professionals as needed, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines, and addressing client needs with efficiency and accuracy. The role may also involve supporting a variety of private client services offered by the firm.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Probate Law and Estate Administration
* Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
* Strong time management capabilities
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* SRA with a current practicing certificate
* 3 years PQE in Private Client, TEP prefered.
