Responsibilities
* Speaking with customers over the phone (outbound calls)
* Sharing information about products and services
* Handling incoming emails in a timely manner
* Updating and maintaining internal systems
* Providing general office administration support
Qualifications
* Have a friendly, professional manner over the phone
* Take pride in building strong relationships with customers
* Are confident working with IT systems
* Are keen to work within a business where culture matters
