This independent, director-led building surveying and project management consultancy is growing its Leeds office and is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.
You’ll work directly with experienced directors on a wide variety of projects from commercial and industrial work (offices, logistics parks, airport facilities) to education and leisure schemes, including large‑scale refurbishments and condition surveys.

Salary & Benefits
-Competitive salary plus car allowance
-25 days annual leave + 2 company days over Christmas (rising by 1 day per year of service, up to 30 days)
-Company laptop and £42 monthly mobile phone allowance Bonus Scheme -5% of salary on meeting annual fee target
-15% of any fee income exceeding the annual target
-10% of the first instruction value from new clients (capped at £10,000 per instruction) Additional Benefits -Private healthcare (Associate level and above)
