Our Commercial Excellence specialist plays a key role in driving and implementing the commercial strategy of our UKINOR cluster and commercial excellence initiatives through partnership with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams and Regional Commercial Excellence teams.
What will you be doing?
The overall responsibility of the role is to develop and implement sales force effectiveness strategies, including sales force sizing and structure, segmentation & targeting, opportunity management, territory optimisation, sales performance analytics, and incentive compensation plans that will positively impact the P&L of the business.
What will you need to be successful?
* Several years of experience as a Commercial Excellence/Business Analyst in Sales / Sales Force Effectiveness, preferably in Medical technology, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
* Strong expertise in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence (e.g., dashboards based on sales team requirements).
* Solid understanding of sales modelling concepts (territory and revenue planning) and translating requirements into reporting solutions (sales metrics, forecasts, segmentation).
* Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insights.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office / MS Excel and Power BI.
* Excellent English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of German or Scandinavian languages is a plus.
