We are working in partnership with a secondary school in Rochdale to recruit a Teacher of Geography for a one-year maternity cover, starting this Easter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and well-supported Humanities department, teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4. The school is open to applications from ECTs and experienced teachers.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold QTS
* Be able to deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons
* Have strong classroom management skills and high expectations of pupils
* Be committed to supporting student progress and achievement
This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave (part-time may be considered).
