Fantastic new opportunity for a General Manager to join this hotel management company based in Scotland. This position can be based in either Inverness or Edinburgh.
My client is looking for a commercially driven and experienced General Manager with a background in managing branded, full service hotels.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including rooms, F&B, guest services and maintenance
* Lead, motivate, and develop a hands-on team delivering exceptional hospitality
* Maximise revenue and profitability through effective cost control and business development
* Collaboration with the owner on the management of budget planning and execution of operational performance
* Build relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and brand standards
The Successful candidate will have
* Proven experience in hotel management (GM, Deputy GM or Hotel Manager) from within a branded hotel.
* A commercial mindset with strong financial acumen
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
* Strong leadership and people management skills
