The role also includes helping me plan steps, rehearse conversations, and build confidence so I can approach tasks feeling calm and prepared. Some light help around the home may be needed, but no personal or medical care is required. Knowledge of the benefits system would be helpful, though not essential. The goal is for me to get in to employment and the community, build social skills and thrive. I enjoy deep conversations about topics like cooking and budgeting, as well as spending time outdoors, exploring the environment, and visiting coffee shops.
