What You ll Be Doing
* Design and build interactive dashboards and visualisations using platforms like Visier and Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights across HR.
* Lead on optimisation of monthly reporting, pulling data from payroll, fleet, recognition, and benefits systems to streamline and visualise performance.
* Support the People Analytics and HR digitisation projects across RUI and EMEA, applying agile methodologies & integrating platforms like SAP, Visier and Power Apps.
* Collaborate with global teams across HR and IS to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and suppliers.
* Help shape the 2026 benefits review by providing analytical support and insight into employee experience and engagement.
* Work closely with stakeholders to connect recognition with performance
* Build digital tools using platforms such as Power Apps to streamline, standardise & enhance core Reward operations
