As a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub, you will play a vital role across the patient pathway, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care in a modern theatre setting at The Horder Centre, Crowborough.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
* Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives.
* Support safe, efficient theatre operations and optimal use of resources.

About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP Level 3).
* Previous experience in a theatre environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to delivering safe, evidence‑based care.
* Orthopaedic experience.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
Location & Contract
* Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough.
* Contract type: Permanent, full‑time (4 days a week, 8 am to 6 pm).
* Salary: up to £42,198 per annum, depending on experience.
