As an apprentice, you will be included on a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within your chosen career route, including the completion of functional skills in maths and English.
Once you have completed a minimum of 15 months of training and the employer and Inspiro Regional trainer confirm you have met all the requirements of the standard, you will be put through to the End Point Assessment. This assessment is independent from training and includes various methods to test your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are fully competent in your role.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be supported by a structured program of teaching, e-learning, face-to-face training, and workplace mentoring, designed to meet the new standards and prepare you for the End Point Assessment.
Training will include a pediatric first aid qualification.
Working days are Monday to Friday, with shifts to be confirmed.
