What you’ll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician:
1. Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
2. Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
3. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.
4. Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.
Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
5. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
6. MOT Tester qualification.
7. 10 years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
8. Full UK Driving Licence.
9. Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
