Bernard Rogers & Co is looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join their welcoming team in Kenilworth. Established in 1993, they are a family-owned, independent firm with offices in both Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. They pride themselves on delivering personal, consistent service and building long-term, trusted relationships with their clients.
As receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive and professional impression of the firm. This is a people-focused role that requires warmth, attention to detail, and a calm, organised approach. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and admin team to ensure the smooth running of the front desk and wider support operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet all visitors and callers with a warm, friendly, and professional manner that reflects our approachable and people-first culture
* Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, managing multiple lines calmly during busy periods
* Assist visitors and clients in person, ensuring their experience is smooth and welcoming
* Maintain accurate records, take clear messages, manage incoming post and deliveries, and ensure documentation reaches the correct teams
* Support the admin team during quieter periods by identifying additional tasks and contributing to wider office operations

What You’ll Need
* Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanour
* Excellent organisational ability and good record-keeping habits
* Comfortable handling a variety of client interactions with empathy and adaptability
* Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn internal systems such as IRIS
* Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently when needed
* Available full-time, Monday to Friday, based in our Kenilworth office
* Previous reception or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential – we prioritise cultural fit and people skills
