About us:

What we are looking for as a Facilities Service Desk Supervisor:
* Experience in supervising a Facilities Helpdesk and team.
* Good experience working within an office environment.
* Experience managing/supervising a service desk is essential.
* Good customer service skills, well presented, articulate, with a good telephone manner.
* Experience of data entry would be advantageous.
* Motivated and trustworthy.
* Well organized with good IT and administration skills including Excel and Word.
About the Facilities Service Desk Supervisor role and some of the key duties:
* Oversee the desk’s daily tasks to ensure completion.
* Complete engineers' timesheets daily by midday.
* Manage weekly on-call and service desk rota, including checking for leave within the team.
* Authorize team holidays, ensuring sufficient cover.
* Run and send daily reports to ensure SLAs are met, including unallocated tasks, and send the Friday Managed Services MI Report.
* Schedule monthly PPMS/SLAs within the scheduled month.
* Monitor the group email inbox for urgent requests.
* Check work in progress in the field and plan with the team/engineers to clear it.
* Send reports/updates to customers as required.
* Support the service desk team daily to meet customer requirements and SLAs.
* Maintain daily contact with the service desk team, office staff, customers, and engineers via phone and face-to-face.
* Act as the first point of contact for all customers and engineers.
* Ensure work received via the Service Desk is scheduled and assigned efficiently.
* Provide customer updates following attendance.
* Perform any other supervisory duties as required.
