Job Title: Community and Business Engagement Coordinator
Type: Part Time, 18-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships in the local community to maintain a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
2. Work towards targets for Referral Provider touchpoints.
3. Deliver promotional activities both face-to-face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead’s services and employment opportunities.
4. Plan and execute community marketing events, including fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
5. Promote our mission, vision, and values, and deliver our value proposition.
6. Manage social media activity and ensure digital content is engaging and up-to-date.
7. Raise awareness of the Home Instead brand and campaigns within the community.
8. Track and record enquiries, using data to optimize strategies.
9. Maintain accurate data to assess performance against goals.
10. Manage time effectively, prioritizing critical tasks and adapting to changing needs.
11. Ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policies.
12. Carry out additional duties necessary for business operations.
13. Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
14. Deliver talks on ageing-related topics such as Dementia, Fraud Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration.
15. Network with community stakeholders via face-to-face, phone, email, or video calls.
16. Apply marketing principles and manage digital media campaigns.
17. Use IT systems confidently, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual platforms.
18. Deliver engaging presentations and workshops.
19. Work independently, demonstrating resilience and initiative.
20. Use CRM systems to manage community touchpoints.
Qualifications:
* Experience in community and business engagement, marketing, and communication approaches.
* Ability to deliver talks on ageing topics confidently.
* Knowledge of digital media management and IT systems.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work flexibly.
* Car owner with a valid driver’s license.
* Competent in CRM database management.
