Role Overview:
* Location: UK-based (hybrid working)
* Package: £60 000 - £65 000 p/a + benefits
* Industry: Entertainment / Gaming / Public Goods
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Owning and evolving the health, safety and wellbeing strategy across the business
* Embedding a proactive, people-first approach that goes beyond compliance
* Leading risk assessments, audits, investigations and emergency readiness
* Driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and practical action plans
* Designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental and emotional health
* Coordinating company-wide campaigns, events and awareness programmes throughout the year
* Working closely with People, Workplace, Comms and leadership teams to shape culture
* Using data and insights to measure impact and refine wellbeing initiatives
* Championing safety and wellbeing as a core part of the employee experience and EVP
Main Skills Needed:
* NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Safety
* Solid background in health and safety leadership, ideally with a wellbeing focus
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and best practice
* Experience building and running wellbeing programmes in a corporate environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
* Passion for mental health, inclusion and creating positive workplace culture
