Master Reformer Pilates Instructor Responsibilities Instructing & Programming Lead the studio training team at Notting Hill Gate & Notting Hill acting as a functional fitness and Dynamic Reformer Pilates expert. Deliver 16–20 hours of Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes plus Personal Training sessions each week, across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Design and deliver 1:1 personal exercise sessions (Reformer or gym-based) and initial assessments that are progressive, safe and results-driven. Build and retain a personal client caseload through in-studio engagement and relationship-building. Stay current through CPD opportunities, internal training, and brand-led educational initiatives. Work one weekend day as part of your regular schedule. Be based across 3 days at Notting Hill Gate and 2 days at Notting Hill. Post year one: contribute to the Ten Academy by teaching and supporting the Head of Education and Head of Fitness. Studio Collaboration & Care: Mentor and support the rest of the training team across both studios, leading by example in client service, training standards, and collaboration. Champion Ten’s Circle of Care by actively integrating services and driving cross-service referrals in partnership with our Physio and Clinical teams. Uphold studio culture. Maintain a clean, safe and professional training environment both in the studio and gym areas. Essential Skills & Experience: Certified Reformer Pilates qualification (Balanced Body, BASI, Body Control, Polestar, X Club, Exhale, HFE, APPI, FRAME, YMCA fit, Future Fit or Virgin academy). Experience teaching Reformer-based group exercise classes. Proven ability to grow and retain your own client base. Strong understanding of movement, form and anatomy. Passion for Pilates and for working directly with clients to help them progress safely. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor other trainers and lead by example. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Desired Qualifications: Certified Reformer Pilates qualification (as above). Level 3 Personal Training qualification. Previous experience in a premium studio environment. Background in dance, clinical exercise, strength training, or rehabilitation.
