The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take full responsibility for regional operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving profitable growth across the region. You will lead a multidisciplinary operational team, develop future leaders, improve performance and help shape the next phase of the organisation's growth.
Alongside day to day operational leadership, you will play a key role in delivering business transformation initiatives, championing technology adoption and supporting the integration of acquisitions as the organisation continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a regional operational team, creating a high performance culture focused on engagement, accountability and results.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring exceptional customer experience, service quality, safety and compliance.
* Deliver regional growth targets through strong collaboration with commercial and business development teams.
* Lead business transformation projects, including the implementation of new systems, processes and technology.
* Support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the wider organisation.
* Take ownership of regional budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Develop talent pipelines, succession plans and future leadership capability across the region.
About You
We are interested in speaking with ambitious operational leaders who have experience leading field based or service driven organisations.
You are likely to bring:
* Significant operational leadership experience within a service, logistics, facilities management, utilities, engineering, technical services or similar environment.
* Experience leading teams through periods of growth, change or transformation.
* Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, profitability and business performance.
* A track record of improving operational performance whilst maintaining excellent customer outcomes.
* Experience implementing technology, systems or process improvements.
* Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence and develop teams at all levels.
* A hands on approach, combined with the strategic capability to drive long term business success.
