Are you an Accounts Assistant looking for a part-time, permanent opportunity?
Transparent is delighted to partner with this longstanding client in this key piece of recruitment. This is a newly created role which will work alongside the Financial Controller and within a friendly finance function.
This role would suit someone who would like to work around school hours. The hours required for this role are 22.5 per week (09.30 hours to 14.30 hours per day).
Your main duties will be:
* Purchase and sales ledger account management
* Posting and reconciling banking transactions
* Processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency
* Reconciling credit card statements
* Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
* Responding to financial queries as appropriate
* Providing general administrative support as needed
The Person:
* Previous experience in a similar capacity
* Strong attention to detail
* Good Excel skills
* Open and friendly communication skills
* Proactive approach
* Team player
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary (£18,000 p.a. for 22.5 hours) with free parking on site, pension and pro rata annual leave.
