YMCA Cornwall in Penzance is looking for a Housing Support Officer to join our dedicated team. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be a turning point in a young person's life.
In this role, you will:
* Empower vulnerable young people (aged to secure and maintain stable housing.
* Guide them towards independence by helping with finances, tenancy agreements, and finding long-term accommodation.
* Work as part of a supportive team, providing one-on-one help and connecting residents with vital resources.
This role can be challenging, but it's incredibly rewarding. You'll be a key part of our residents' journey, providing the structure and support they need to succeed.

* Location: YMCA Cornwall, Penzance
* Salary: £27, £28,926.76 FTE, Pro-Rata salary £20, £21, subject to performance and annual review)
* Hours: 28 hours per week on a shift pattern including evenings and weekends
