Showroom Consultant – Stornoway – William Wilson - Part-Time Permanent Role

As a Showroom Consultant based in Stornoway, you'll be responsible for:
• Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email
• Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
• Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
• Complete designs and quotes for customers
• Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
• Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise.
This is a part-time, permanent role, 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, 30min break. Requires to work every 2nd Saturday once fully trained from 09:00-13:00.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
* Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.
* Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
* Computer literate.
