We’re looking for a talented and passionate junior to mid-weight creative artworker to join our Bristol based studio. Someone who will fit in with the rest of the team and help us continue to deliver great creative solutions for our clients.
You’ll need experience and expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail, to help us ensure all our creative work is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll also need strong design skills as you’ll play a key role in the studio, working across our entire client base on a wide variety of projects. You’ll be as happy and confident coming up with your own concepts and ideas as you will be working as part of a team, taking on and improving other people’s work.

What you will do
* Collaborate effectively and work alongside the design leadership team.
* Implement design changes and roll out assets efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
* Adapt and produce print and digital assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
* Checking print and digital assets ahead of going into production for any artwork issues and spelling
* Collating our weekly Studio newsletter (Mailchimp)
* Monitoring/Posting on our social channels
* Creating Client Creds of recent projects
* Hosting daily traffic meetings to ensure projects run on time
* Maintain meticulous file organisation and management.
Required skills
What you will need
* At least 2 year’s agency experience
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Great organisational and time management skills
* Excellent knowledge of formats, artworking and production processes
* Strong typographic and layout skills
* A solid understanding of digital design and social media
* Attention to detail, even when working to tight deadlines
* Enthusiastic about learning and improving
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.

Our office is a two minute walk from Whiteladies Road and we work on a hybrid model – aiming to be in the office at least three days a weekas a team.
