We’re seeking a motivated Full Time Administrator’s to join New Zealand’s largest apple producer on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for: A recent graduate with a business or HR-related qualification, eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting, or An administrator looking to broaden their career in a busy and fast paced environment. What you’ll be doing: As an Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth operations across our seasonal post-harvest season. Your responsibilities could include: Inventory Management: Verify and track bin consignments using Maui and MAX systems, oversee receivals/transfers, and liaise with orchards, labs, and head office to resolve data issues or exceptions. Coolstore Operations: conduct stock-takes and fruit temperature checks, ensure compliance with audits, and provide operational reports as required. Health & Safety: Assist with training and record-keeping, perform kit checks, schedule health monitoring, follow PPE and safety policies, and report hazards/incidents promptly. Managing invoices and providing general administrative support across the office. What you will bring: Previous administration experience or completion of a relevant qualification. Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work long hours in the post-harvest season A calm, resilient approach when working under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
