<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to provide operational management and leadership to the Healthy Child Service 0-19 team within the North & East Collaborative Locality on a secondment/fixed term (up until the end of September 2027).</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><ul><li>Work closely with the Head of Locality and the collaborative leadership team to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective service, meeting all objectives and key performance indicators.</li><li>Liaise with partner agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes between the collaborative locality team, the Single Point of Access, and partner organisations to ensure streamlined service delivery.</li></ul><p>All are welcome to apply; we are committed to equal opportunity and a supportive work environment.</p></div>
