Production Technician Duties include:
9. Continental shift rota.
10. Ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.
11. Fault finding, investigating issues and problem solving.
12. Machinery start-ups and changeovers.
13. Leading a line of machine operators and driving performance.
14. Drive continuous improvement.
15. Liaise with engineering teams on improvements.
Production Technician Requirements include:
16. Engineering qualifications would be a massive advantage.
17. Technically minded.
18. Competent to solve problems and issues.
19. Worked previously on machinery or in an engineering environment.
20. An effective communicator.
21. Experience within a food environment would be beneficial.
