What You'll Do

Location: North East Region - travelling extensively throughout

One of the few retailers to grow exponentially over recent years, we're on a mission to grow our Trade Business to Business account portfolio. You'll be the key point of contact for Regional Accounts, responsible for 60 ongoing mid-value Business Trade Customers. Building their spend levels in line with set KPIs, you'll work closely with Regional Managers and Store Managers in your geographical region to identify, seize, and win new business opportunities. You'll be a combination of both hunter and farmer, seeking to grow revenue from existing customers and acquire new ones.

Day-to-day

Delivering customer-centric improvement. You'll investigate and review colleague and customer processes to identify issues and drive solutions, ensuring the user experience is best in class.

Problem Solving. You’ll quickly identify and react to long-term problems, analyzing root causes and working swiftly to mitigate potential impacts on our customers.

Building great relationships. You're a great communicator with a likable personality who knows how to influence others effectively.

Strategic Thinking & Awareness. You’ll monitor commercial opportunities, review the market to understand developments, analyze the competition, and ensure you're always one step ahead.

What You'll Bring

B2B sales experience. You’ll have proven success in a B2B field sales role, demonstrating tangible achievements. What you've sold isn't as important as how you've sold it.
