This setting based in Watford are looking for two unqualified staff, they can offer:
Full time, working 40 hours per week floating across 3 class rooms Monday to Friday 8.00am until 6.00pm
Up to £24,591 per annum inclusive of 5% performance related bonus
Part time, 16-18 hours per week, Mondays and Fridays 8.00am until 6.00pm based in the baby room with key person responsibility.
£11.26 per hour / £11,066 per annum based on 18 hours plus 5% performance related bonus
To be considered for this role you must have:
• Experience as a key person managing a key group of children, ideally baby age group.
• A confident understanding of supporting children through a therapeutic approach to behaviour
• Understanding of a play-based approach to children's learning and development as well as an understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, patient, empathetic, caring, and friendly.
