Remuneration: up to £36,000- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full time - 40hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Treatment Coordinator Lead,will oversee the team responsible for providing administrative support across the Treatment Delivery Pathway (Titration). This role will play a pivotal part in driving change and making improvements,optimising systems and processes to enhance efficiency in appointment management within the pathway.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
As our Treatment Coordinator Lead,you will:
* Work with the Pathway Delivery Manager and others to improve processes, highlight concerns, and set priorities.
* Take initiative in identifying issues and proposing innovative, patient-focused solutions.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding flexibly to shifting priorities.
* Use strong written and verbal skills to engage with internal teams and external agencies, navigating sensitive or complex discussions.
* Develop, communicate, and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure team adherence.
* Set and monitor team performance targets; oversee daily task allocation and operational priorities.
* Chair weekly meetings, conduct regular 1-2-1s, manage development, performance, and training needs.
* Assist with reports, handle senior management queries, and liaise with wider teams as needed.
* Manage personal workload effectively to meet regular and ad-hoc operational deadlines.
* Engage in appraisals, supervision, training, and provide cover for colleagues when required.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Experience in change management and implementation
* Proven experience in driving process change and making improvements
* Team management and leadership experience
* Strong administration background, including work as an administrative, virtual, or office assistant
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Effective problem-solving capabilities
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
* Experience working in a psychiatric and/or private hospital setting
