JORECRUITMENT LIMITED Job Description Job Title: Hospitality Manager Location: Canary Warf: Salary: £38,628/ annum Job Type: Permanent Working hours: 43 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with one weekend worked every 5 weeks. Role Overview The hospitality manager will play an integral role in leading QVSR’s catering operations, which serves 175 residences, staff, and the local community daily. Ensuring all culinary efforts are maintained, and kept to a high standard, they will provide a menu which meets the cultural and nutritional needs of the restaurant’s core customers and everyone who is served. Overseeing all aspects of the catering function, the Hospitality Manager will ensure high-quality food service while managing budgets, menu planning, the management of staff, have financial oversight, and ensure food safety standards up upheld. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Restaurant Standards * Enforce high standards of professionalism, including punctuality, appropriate phone use, & staff conduct; investigate & address any breaches. * Maintain a visible & active presence in the kitchen & restaurant to support the team & ensure standards are upheld. * Monitor the quality of all food services. * Ensure that Food Safety (HACCP) and Health & Safety practices (i.e. appropriate clothing, gloves etc) are carried out in all catering venues, regularly updating staff and volunteers about the required standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
